We provide 2 types of memberships:

Enterprise Membership

The Enterprise Membership is recommended for businesses who experience a high volume of copyright infringement. Billing is done on a monthly basis. There is no limit on how many issues we will process. Enterprise Membership includes the following services:
  • 365 Day, 24/7 content identification, tracking and enforcement
  • Search engine keyword results expurgation
  • Pre-release protection: extra priority in the crucial run-up period to commercial release of your content.
  • Access to a real time client area with full insight of takedown activity and (on request) a monthly report of takedown statistics by Email
  • 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week support

Basic Membership

The Basic Membership is recommended for newly established or smaller businesses who experience copyright infringement. Prepaid billing, deducted on a per issue basis. Minimum deposit fee required. Non-resolved issues will not be deducted from your account balance. Basic Membership includes the following services:
  • 365 Day, 24/7 content enforcement
  • Access to a real time client area with full insight of takedown activity
  • 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week support
We do not provide tracking with our basic membership and only enforce issues reported by our client. If you require tracking, please select our Enterprise membership.
